BRAD HOLMES
A deeper approach to health and wellbeing.
We often focus on changing what we do. Eating better. Exercising more. Sleeping well. Developing healthier habits.
But sometimes, knowing what to do isn't the problem.
We repeat behaviours we want to change. Find ourselves falling into familiar patterns. And struggle to maintain the changes we know would make us feel better.
There's often more happening beneath the surface.
I'm Brad Holmes. I help people improve their health and wellbeing by exploring the psychological and unconscious patterns influencing their lives.
A DIFFERENT WAY OF WORKING
My approach brings together over 20 years of experience in health, fitness, wellness, human behaviour, mindset and the unconscious.
Rather than simply focusing on what you should be doing differently, we explore what's influencing the way you currently think, feel and behave.
This might involve looking at:
Beliefs and unconscious patterns.
Habits and behaviours that are difficult to change.
Emotional experiences and recurring difficulties.
Your relationship with health, food, exercise and yourself.
Dreams and the themes that emerge from them.
The things that influence your choices and direction in life.
Every person is different. Our conversations are guided by what's relevant to you.
How we can work together.
Individual coaching
Private, one-to-one sessions providing space to explore your health, wellbeing and the things influencing how you live.
We work with what's happening in your life, looking beyond surface-level behaviours to explore the underlying patterns, beliefs and motivations.
Sessions are conversational, thoughtful and tailored to the individual.
THE FOUR PILLARS OF WELLBEING
Refuel for Life - Move Well. Eat Well. Sleep Well. Think Well.
My book, Refuel for Life: The Four Keys to Health and Happiness, explores four fundamental areas of health and wellbeing.
These principles remain central to how I think about living well.
But wellbeing is influenced by more than our physical habits. How we think, feel and relate to ourselves also influences the way we live.
My current work builds on these foundations, exploring the deeper psychological factors that influence our overall wellbeing.
About Brad
I've spent over 20 years working in personal training and wellness.
My experience includes working in London's high-end wellness industry at Bodyism in Notting Hill, working with private and celebrity clientele.
I've also worked with professionals and business owners, helping people improve their health, performance and overall wellbeing.
Over time, my interests have expanded beyond the physical aspects of health into psychology, human behaviour, mindset and the unconscious.
Today, my work brings these experiences together.
